Helping you to Dance with Confidence and Style. Classes & events in Kizomba and Urban Kiz

14/07/2026

A beautiful way to close the Confidence Through Kizomba workshop 🤎

Thank you for having me, and thank you to all the ladies who stepped outside their comfort zone and embraced something new.

Seeing the ladies come together, move freely and confidently take up space was such a special moment.

A reminder that confidence can be built one step (or dance) at a time.

How often are you judging your body instead of connecting with it?

Maybe you’re focused on how it looks.
How it compares.
What you wish you could change.

And without realising it, that judgement changes the way you carry yourself.

You become more self-critical.
More withdrawn.
Less present.

What if your body was something you no longer constantly judge…

What if it became somewhere you felt safe, connected and at home?

Because when your relationship with your body changes, so does the way you move, express yourself and show up in the world.

That’s the transformation movement can create, helping you feel more at home in your body, move with ease, and replace self-criticism with confidence and connection.

🤎This July, I’m opening just 3 spaces for women who want to build more self-trust, confidence and connection with their bodies through private online coaching.

If that feels like the next step for you, send me a DM with “CONFIDENCE” and let’s chat.

What if the hardest part isn’t being seen…

It’s letting yourself be seen.

So many women spend years making themselves smaller without even realising it.

Holding back.
Second-guessing themselves.
Wondering if they’re too much.

But confidence doesn’t begin the moment you stop feeling afraid.

It begins the moment you stop letting fear decide how you show up.

That’s why I use movement.

Not to create a different version of you.

But to help you reconnect with the version that’s already there.

🌸If you’d like to experience this for yourself, comment MAGNETIC and I’ll send you my free masterclass.

Working on slowing down, connecting with the music and allowing the movement to feel more natural and expressive

Building confidence, presence and elegance through Kizomba movement

Well done to Aisha and thank you for letting me share a little snippet from our session 💃🏽

POV: You start with the trend… and somehow end up dancing Kizomba. 🤭

It’s so easy to second-guess yourself especially when all eyes are on you.

You’ve probably felt it — self-doubt, overthinking, holding back your expression… and suddenly your energy feels more closed than you intended.

And most of the time, it has nothing to do with how you look.

It’s about where your attention goes in that moment.

When you’re in your head, your body follows that state — so your presence shifts before you even notice it.

That’s why sometimes you can feel completely different inside than what you’re actually expressing outwardly.

Not because anything is wrong with you…

but because you’re not fully in your body in those moments.

So what shifts when you simply start noticing that pattern?

When you realise it as it’s happening, instead of getting pulled into it.

That’s the awareness I guide women into through movement.

If this is something you’re craving, DM me “MAGNETIC” ✨

Last call for Saturday 🤎

If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines thinking about it… this is your sign to stop overthinking it.

Because confidence doesn’t change by waiting for the “right moment”.

It changes when you actually give yourself space to try.

So many women tell me they:
• overthink how they move
• feel disconnected from their body
• hold themselves back in group spaces
• wish they felt more comfortable expressing themselves

This is exactly what Confidence Through Kizomba is for.

A small, supportive space in Birmingham where I guide you step by step through grounding Kizomba movement so you can relax, let go a little, and just experience it.

No dance experience required.

Sitting on the sidelines won’t build the confidence you’re looking for.

A few spaces are still available for Saturday

Do you ever feel disconnected from your body?

Like you’re constantly in your head, overthinking, rushing from one thing to the next, and rarely taking a moment to simply move and be present?

That’s exactly why I created Kizomba Flow.

A gentle movement experience designed to help women reconnect with themselves through grounding music, flowing movement, body awareness, and self-expression.

I’m excited to be bringing Kizomba Flow to OneRetreat Spaces on 4th July in Sutton Coldfield.

Whether you’ve danced before or not, this session is an opportunity to slow down, let go of self-consciousness, and enjoy moving your body in a supportive space.
