I have always been passionate about my own fitness and realised that I was more excited by fitness than my jobs of the past. I decided to get my accreditation and do it for a living. I love my job and I love helping people achieve their goals and get to beast mode!
I am currently an accredited Level Two Fitness Instructor qualified to work in gyms. I’m about to complete my Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training – accredited by REPS and CIMPSA.
This qualification has given me the tools to offer personal training with my customers directly. I’m now offering a variety of services from online training programs tailored to you for use at home to in-gym support as your own personal trainer.
I am a soon to be accredited member of the NRPT (National Register of Personal Trainers) - https://nrpt.co.uk/.
I’m focused on getting people the best results for them using the latest techniques and fitness strategies.
