✨ What REALLY happens after you qualify as a coach?

Two and a half years ago, Rebecca Harrington | Self Leadership for Ambitious Women or fondly known to us as Bex, qualified as a Master Spiritual Life Coach & Energy Psychology graduate with Soul Awakening Academy.

After 15 years in corporate, she took the leap into coaching — and in this conversation, we catch up on what happened next.

And she doesn’t sugar-coat it.

What happens when you stop ignoring the feeling that you’re meant for something more?
Nearly six years ago, Victoria was sitting in corporate meetings, earning a six-figure salary… and thinking:
**“None of this actually matters to me.”**
She knew she wanted more meaning.
More purpose.
To help people.
To do work that actually felt like *her*.
So she trained with us as a Master Spiritual Life Coach while still working in corporate.
Then came the leap.
At just **7 weeks pregnant**, Victoria left her corporate career — and launched her business the day she officially finished. 🤍
Was everything plain sailing from there?
Absolutely not.
And THAT is why I wanted to share this conversation.
Victoria talks openly about the highs, the difficult business chapters, the inner work, finding her true gifts, becoming a mum, building a business and the moments when simply knowing she was here for a purpose kept her moving forward.

Today, she helps women uncover what she calls their **“genius codes”** — the unique gifts and capabilities they’re here to bring into the world.

One thing really stood out to me during our conversation:

**You don’t need to know exactly where the journey will take you before you begin.**

Victoria certainly didn’t.

She followed the pull. She trained. She did the inner work. She worked with clients. She evolved.

And her purpose became clearer as *she* became clearer.
