It was a brilliant day at the Greg Marshall Memorial Game, with an incredible turnout and plenty of fans supporting such a fantastic cause.

After a proper goalfest, Team Legion came out on top 13-12 over Team Life. Ash was on the winning side and even managed to find the back of the net, which means we'll be hearing about it in the shop for the foreseeable future. Kieran, meanwhile, did his best for Team Life but will no doubt have a list of excuses ready by the morning.

In all seriousness, it was an amazing event and a great reminder of how special the hockey community is. A massive thank you to everyone who played, volunteered, organised and came along to support Greg's memory. Days like this are what it's all about. ❤️🏒

He's back! And better than ever. We're so proud of Kieran. Have a great season!

✍️ The Billingham Buccaneers are delighted to announce the re-signing of defenceman and new assistant general manager, Kieran Wrench!

Kieran said,
"I'm really excited to be back with the Buccs this season and playing in front of our amazing fans, and hopefully deliver some silverware. This season I'm looking forward to taking on an even bigger role, as well as being part of the on-ice leadership team. I'll be working off the ice alongside our GM and the coaching staff to continue building the club and making sure we're delivering just as much behind the scenes as the team will on the ice. We've got some exciting plans ahead, and I can't wait to help push the Buccaneers forward."

The club's GM said,
"It's great to have Kieran stepping up as part of the management team for the upcoming season. Kieran will be taking on a dual role this season: one as a protector of the blue line, and the other as Assistant General Manager. Kieran has been heavily involved with the off-ice side of the club since the team was founded in 2023, and his support has been a great asset to both the team and the club. As a club, we recognise and greatly appreciate the support Kieran has provided to the Buccaneers, as well as the junior club as a whole. Good luck for the season, Kieran!"
