We are super excited to be launching ‘Mighty Movers’ in September! Our Mighty Movers class is designed for children aged 5–7 who are ready to take their movement and sporting skills to the next level. Sessions build on fundamental skills such as running, jumping, balancing, throwing and catching, introducing greater challenge, coordination and control through a variety of sports-inspired games and activities.
