Due to the World Cup Semi-Final kicking off at 8pm, we’ve decided to cancel tonight’s Brown & Black Belt class (7:30pm – 8:30pm).

If you normally train in this session, feel free to join us at 6:15pm tonight or the regular 7:30pm slot tomorrow instead.

This way, all our members can get behind the Three Lions! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ⚽️ We’re sure quite a few of you were planning to watch the game anyway.

🟣 Ladies Only Self Defence Workshop – What a Success!

A huge thank you to all the fantastic women who joined us today for our Ladies Only Self Defence Workshop! 💪

It was an empowering morning full of great energy, learning practical skills, and building real confidence together. Everyone trained hard and left feeling stronger and more prepared.
