FT - UoE 1st 4 - 0 Bideford
We travelled to face the students with no GK. Outfield player Neave putting on the gloves! 👏
HT 2-0/FT 4-0, we frustrated the students who were very physical with our passage of play. A slow start gave them an early lead which they doubled and must have thought the floodgates would open, however we showed great spirit
Second half with 15 mins left they scored another 2 goals to see out the game.

FT Bideford 1-2 Bradworthy
First league game started with a defeat. After Neave opened the scoring with a powerful shot from out wide , we conceded a scrappy equaliser after some hesitation in defence.
Level at the break. Neave through on goal couldn't get the right connection to lob the onrushing Bradworthy GK to give us the lead.
Bradworthy then went on right after to score the winner. We still had chances to get an equaliser, however, that's how football goes sometimes. Megan was the opposition player of the match. We go again next week.

First league game for 2026/27 on Sunday. Bradworthy Women are the visitors. 2pm KO and £3 entry (U16 Free).

Women's FA Cup Exit....
Bideford 1- 3 Kilkhampton
After falling behind from a speculative long range strike, we took control of the game and levelled from a Sienna East strike that flew over the visiting keeper's head.
With lots of possession, we hit the crossbar twice only to fall behind from a free kick that evaded everyone.
Pressing for an equaliser, it was Kilkhampton who fumbled a 3rd after a mix up at the back.
We still had another effort from Maizie Mock that thundered off the crossbar.
Wasn't our day. All the best to Kilkhampton in the next round.
