Good luck to our guys grading up in Aberdeen this weekend.
Mr Babu going for 3rd Dan. Ethan Dunlop,Zenon Joseph,Kenza Meneceur and Leah Byers all testing for 1st Dan .

30 years ago to the day I sat my 1st Dan grading in London, who would have thought i would be still going strong running my own gym .The milestones and memories have been amazing I few low points but a hell of a lot of highs my 1st Dan my 4th dan my 6th Dan and David's 1st Dan all stand out heres to many more years and looking towards 7th dan Master.
