We’re delighted to welcome Jorge Mate as Head of Padel at FEAT4 Belfast.

A familiar face to many across the Irish padel scene, Jorge brings years of playing and coaching experience to the club, including winning the CUPRA Irish Padel Tour

He’ll lead coaching, socials and player development across FEAT4 – from helping someone step onto court for the very first time to pushing experienced players to the next level.

Coaching isn’t just about getting better – it’s about making padel easier to start, more enjoyable to learn and helping every player progress.
