Due to a change in arrangements, our Jerry Lang’s Daytime Disco has moved from 14th November to Saturday 31st October.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we think we’ve accidentally made it even more fun! 👻🎃

Get your glad rags on, come along for a proper afternoon boogie and enjoy the best 60s, 70s, 80s, soul, funk, rock ’n’ roll, pop & disco! 🎶

🎶 Lazy Sundays are back at the Belmont Lounge!

We've got a great run of local artists and musicians lined up over the coming weeks, with our Lazy Sunday sessions running 4pm–6.30pm.

The regular Lazy Sundays are free to attend, with great music, good food and great company.

Our programme also includes two Belmont Rock & Blues Sunday Sessions, featuring some fantastic local blues acts.

🎶 Lazy Sundays are back this weekend! 🎶

This Sunday, 16th August, sees the start of the City of Belfast Pairs, with play getting underway from 9am.

And while the bowls are on the green, we've got live music in the lounge with the fabulous Amanda Agnew — performing at Belmont for the first time. A brilliant performer and one not to be missed!

🎶 Live music: 4pm–6.30pm

🍳 The Belmont Kitchen will be serving breakfast specials from 10am, followed by lunch from noon.

It is with profound sadness that Belmont Bowling Club has learned of the tragic passing of our dear friend and long-standing member, Damien Bintley, who lost his life in a road traffic accident yesterday.

Our thoughts and heartfelt prayers are with his wife, Vicky, and the entire Bintley family at this unimaginably difficult time. We also keep Damien's two daughters and niece in our thoughts as they recover in hospital, and wish them all a full and speedy recovery.

Damien was a member of Belmont Bowling Club since 1999 and proudly represented Ireland at Under-25 level. He was the current PGL Honorary League Secretary and gave countless hours of dedicated service to the outdoor game, earning the respect of bowlers across the province. During the winter months, he was equally committed to promoting and supporting short mat bowls, where his passion, dedication and willingness to help others made a lasting impact.

In recent years, Damien had been playing his outdoor bowls with Salisbury Bowling Club, where he was a valued and respected member.

Damien's passing is a tremendous loss to the bowling community. He will always be part of the bowling family and will never be forgotten.

Rest easy, Damien. Until we meet again.
