A WHOLE year ago today we opened the doors to our beautiful new ÉRA of PILATES and what a year it's been 🖤

Making the move from MAT Pilates to REFORMER was a huge leap of faith, and what a year it has been.

A year of taking chances, learning every day, celebrating wins big and small, and building something that feels and is so much more than just a Pilates studio 🖤

Whether you've just joined us or you've been with me since I first started teaching, following me from studio to studio before ÉRA even existed, I will never take your support for granted.

You've trusted me with your time, your health, your confidence, and your journey, I am so GRATEFUL.
