This week been a hard week came down with illness

Even when I recovered the motivation wasn’t there so I had push my self so the lesson for me even when the body tell me no tell the mind I’m doing this 🙌 aswel last week I had listen to the body and rest even when motivation wasn’t 100% I smashed every session 🙌🔥

Definitely the best I have looked in long time
Not just physically but mentally
You need get your self in to the right frame in mind

There been times I got my self lost in progress
But I had to remember why I’m doing it and why
You’re doing it do it if you have a reason.

For me I was always obsessed with scale weight if the number was up I let number dictate my week

Just remember your weight will fluctuate up and down believe in progress keep going forward

Remember the goal

How to get back on track after the hoildays

1 Don't put it off - start now, not tomorrow
2 If you're offered a drink, choose a sugar free one
3 Plan your meals.
4 Put more vegetables on your plate.
5 drink plenty water
6 get your steps in
7 don’t put your training off
8 have a healthy weekend
