I lost 4 stone postpartum… but it wasn’t from winging my workouts or following some crazy diet. 🤍

It came down to structure, consistency and accountability.

🏋🏼‍♀️ Strength training — I followed a structured programme rather than randomly choosing workouts.

🥩 Higher protein + less processed food — I focused on whole, nutritious foods and kept my meals simple and repetitive. It made staying consistent SO much easier.

📸 Accountability — I took progress photos, tracked my progress and, most importantly, was honest with myself. If I wasn’t sticking to the plan, I owned it.

👟 Moving more — I got the pram out, walked more, hit my steps and included cardio alongside my strength training.

There was no magic trick.

I simply had a plan, followed the basics consistently and gave it time. 🙌🏼

And honestly, this is exactly why I coach the way I do now.

Because you don’t need to keep guessing what to do next. You need a structured plan that fits your life, accountability and someone in your corner keeping you on track.

If you’re ready to stop winging it and want to get more structure with your training and nutrition, click the link in my bio to start online coaching with me. 🤍

Your results don’t come from being perfect. They come from being consistent. ✨

Being a mum doesn’t mean you have to hide your body. ❤️

There’s this weird perception that once you have children, you should stop wearing the tiny bikinis, the fitted gym wear, or anything that shows your body.

But why?

You are still YOU.

Becoming a mum doesn’t take away your confidence, your femininity, your goals, or your right to feel amazing in your own skin.

If you want to wear the tiny bikini, wear it.
If you want to wear the gym set, wear it.
If you want to show off your progress, your strength, and your hard work… DO IT.

Because what you’re showing off isn’t just your body.

You’re showing the dedication of a mum who still makes time for herself.
The discipline of someone who prioritises her health.
The strength of someone who has grown, changed, and overcome challenges.

And yes, sometimes people will make comments.

But remember… happy, confident people don’t feel the need to tear others down. The people who genuinely support you will hype you up, celebrate you, and be proud of you.

Don’t shrink yourself because someone else is uncomfortable with your confidence.

Mums are allowed to feel sexy.
Mums are allowed to be strong.
Mums are allowed to wear whatever makes them feel incredible.

Your body has done amazing things. Be proud of it. 🔥

TRUTH BOMB 💣
The days you don’t want to do it are the days that matter most.

The days you’re tired.
The days your motivation disappears.
The days you want to give up.

Those are the days that separate the people who get results from the people who don’t.

Anyone can stay consistent when they feel motivated. The real progress happens when you show up anyway.

Because every time you choose to keep going instead of quitting, you’re building the habits that lead to lasting results.

Stop waiting to feel motivated.
Stay consistent.
Trust the process.

Your future self will thank you. 💪✨

I usually don’t talk about stuff like this but what I went through in life has made me bulletproof today

Strong was always the goal.

It has taken me years to get to where I am today, both physically and mentally. The muscle I’ve built wasn’t created overnight—it was built through years of consistency, discipline, setbacks, and showing up when it would have been easier to quit.

I spent a lot of my 20s surrounded by negativity and toxic people who laughed at my dreams, didn’t believe in me, tried to dictate my life and did everything they could to tear my character down.

But here’s the thing… they don’t get to write my story.

Now, here I am at 35, about to turn 36, happily married to an amazing husband and blessed with the most beautiful little boy.

Everything I’ve achieved is because I chose to keep going. I chose to back myself, even when others didn’t. I learned that you can’t control what people say about you, but you can control how hard you work and the life you build.

Success is the biggest response.

I dictate my own life. I make my own decisions. I protect my peace, and my family will always come first.

I’ll always encourage women to be strong—not just physically, but mentally. Be independent. Chase your goals. Make your own choices. Don’t let anyone convince you you’re not capable, don’t let anyone control your life because the only opinion that truly matters is your own.

To everyone who doubted me, laughed at me, or tried to hold me back… thank you. You gave me even more reason to prove to myself what I was capable of.

Strong was always the goal—and I’m only just getting started. 💪❤️

If my clients who are busy mums can do it, then so can you. 💪✨

This is my online client, Demi. ❤️ A busy mum of two young kids, a returning client, and proof that you don’t need to put your life on hold to achieve incredible results.

Just look at this transformation. 🔥

This hasn’t happened because she’s spent hours in the gym or followed a restrictive diet. It’s happened because she’s stayed consistent, put in the hard work, and followed a plan that actually fits around her busy life.

That’s exactly what online coaching is all about—creating a realistic plan that works for you, so you can get results without sacrificing time with your family.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start, this is your sign. Your goals don’t have to wait.

✨ Click the link in my bio to enquire about my next intake. I’d love to help you become the next success story. 🩷

Eating for fat loss doesn’t have to be boring. 🙌

The key isn’t living on plain chicken and broccoli—it’s having structure and choosing the right foods that keep you full, fuel your workouts, and fit your calorie goals.

You can still enjoy the foods you love while making progress. It’s all about balance, consistency, and building meals that work for you.

Fat loss isn’t about restriction—it’s about creating habits you can actually stick to. 💪✨
