MAY ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE WINNER
Throughout May, we ran a full attendance challenge across all three groups and an incredible 8 members achieved 100% attendance for the entire month!
Today, we drew the winner of our pamper hamper and a huge congratulations goes to our lucky winner Michelle 🥇
Consistency isn’t always glamorous, but it’s what gets results. Showing up session after session, putting in the work, and staying committed to your goals deserves recognition. Well done on your dedication, commitment, and positive attitude throughout the month
A massive shoutout to the other 7 group members who achieved full attendance apart from Michelle, they are Scarlett, Julie, Danielle, Christine, Emma, Carrie and Gemma, that’s an amazing achievement in itself, proud of you all!

EMMA’S TRANSFORMATION 💪🏼
Emma joined my female-only bootcamp back in September 2024, and since then she has completely transformed her lifestyle
So far she has lost an incredible 4 stone 4 pounds 🤯
What makes this even more inspiring is that Emma is also a busy mum of 3 young children… proving that no matter how hectic life gets, results ARE possible when you stay committed
From day one, Emma has shown nothing but dedication
✅ Never misses sessions
✅ Follows the plan
✅ Shows up consistently
✅ Makes no excuses
This journey hasn’t been about quick fixes, it’s been about building healthy habits, confidence, discipline, and becoming the best version of herself

Boxing & core today for ‘sweaty Wednesdays’ We mixed the boxing up today with loads of core work, we won’t talk of some of the positions I had you all in today 😂

🏆 WEEK 4 – THE FINAL WEEK 🏆
What an incredible four weeks it has been!
A huge congratulations to our three Week 4 winners

Your consistency, effort, and determination have been amazing to see.
I also want to say a massive WELL DONE to every single winner across the past four weeks, and to everyone who took part in the challenge across all groups
This step challenge has been about so much more than numbers on a leaderboard. It’s helped people move more, think about their daily activity, build healthier habits, and motivate each other along the way. Whether it was taking the stairs, getting outside for a walk, or squeezing in extra steps wherever possible, every step counted
The energy, support, and commitment from everyone involved has been brilliant, and we hope this challenge has inspired people to keep moving long after Week 4.
Thank you all for being part of it — and remember, the challenge may be ending, but the healthy habits don’t have to!
