Great introduction to sparring on Saturday.

Not long now until the N.I. Championship.

In preparation for the Northern Ireland championships we are going to hold some competition training sessions.

Saturday 23rd May 12:00-13:00
This will be a mix of Pad drills and some light sparring. (Training gear)

Saturday 30th May and 6th June will be separated into 2 session.

12:00-13:00 will run as a normal class, focusing on competition patterns while
13:00-14:00 will be Sparring prep only.

Each Saturday will be £5 per person, Max £10 per family. You can choose to participate in either the pattern class or sparring session, or both.

This will be a great opportunity for everyone to get some experience training with people from other clubs and grades. Friendly for beginners.

Normal class will require Dobok while the sparring session can be any training gear.

March was our 1 year anniversary of Belvoir Taekwondo 🎉

We have came so far since starting in 2025, big things to come in 2026!!

Great weekend away with the N.I team at the European championships in Davos, Switzerland 🇨🇭

The team did excellent, bringing back 22 medals 🥇

Mr Downey came home with bronze in sparring.

Next big event will be the N.I championships in June. Lots of training sessions between then.
