Our Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Day has been designed with everyone in mind.

We’re thrilled to have Healthy Kidz providing fun-filled activities to keep children entertained throughout the day. While the tournaments are in full swing and the little ones are enjoying themselves, adults can take time to explore our Mental Health & Wellbeing Village, chat with local organisations, learn about the wide range of support available in our community, and discover services that could make a real difference to themselves or someone they love.

Whether you come to play, support, connect, seek advice or simply enjoy a great day out with family and friends, you’ll be met with a warm welcome, a friendly face and a community that cares.

Because mental wellbeing is for everyone, and no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. We look forward to welcoming you for a day of fun, connection, support and hope. 💚

Everyone at Gilford ABC would like to pass on our sincere condolences to our leading coach Noel Doyle on the passing of his sister Mary. All our thoughts are with Noel and his family at this sad time. May Mary rest in peace.
