Client testimonial 🎥🎬

started with us at the very beginning of 2026 & has made incredible progress ever since!

She had previously struggled with consistency & holding herself accountable, this year though she has come on leaps & bounds.

As a busy, young adult Alex has made incredible progress with changes to her physique, body composition, strength, fitness & confidence without having to sacrifice her social life or the things she actually likes!

Crazy how with just the right amount of structure & routine you can flip your perspective on how you perceive health & fitness.

Alex is also stepping out of her comfort zone & is currently training for her first .uk in Glasgow in 6 weeks tine. Flying out with around 20 of the team for another Thrive away day, looking forward to that one!

What a legend, keep up the great work 😎

Thrive Family BBQ 🌭🎻👯‍♂️

We weren't letting the weather stop us 😅

Massive thank you to our very own & very talented .garvey & for providing the music & entertainment yesterday 🖤

A great time with great people & no better way to end a very eventful summer! Fully recharged & eyes locked on our brand new programme starting September 7th.

Monday the 7th of September 🎯

We know how important tracking is. When done right, it's a fool proof method towards making progress.

We've also been doing this long enough to know that the likelihood of someone being able to stick to tracking every single detail after a full summer of doing the opposite is very low 😅

Going from one extreme to the other just simply isn't sustainable.

Our 6 week challenge is designed to act as stabilizers. Helping you build the habits & routine you need to achieve long lasting, sustainable results.

For more info, you know what to do 📲

Our very own Steve Rogers 🇺🇸😅

Unbelievable work from 👏

Weight gain done right. Just over 2 stone up from the first picture whilst keeping his body fat at low percentage. You can't do this without a plan or structure!

All props to Ciaran for consistently putting in the work. From little to no gym experience, now doing weighted dips, weighted chins & has a better squat technique than most!

Strengths through the roof, clothes fit better, developed a healthier relationship with food & made incredible but more importantly sustainable progress!

Hats off to Ciaran & the rest of our team that are still moving the needle in the right direction during the summer months when the wheels usually fall off. Proud 🫡

Thriving 🖤

September is basically the second January.

Summer’s over, routines start coming back and plenty of people decide it’s time to get back on top of their training, nutrition and health.

Good idea. Just don’t make these mistakes 👇

1. Rushing it.

There’s no deadline.

If you’ve had a summer of holidays, nights out, missed sessions and eating a bit differently, you don’t need to undo it all in two weeks.

You definitely don’t need to suddenly train every day and slash your calories.

Get your routine back. Build momentum. Give it time.

2. Doing loads of cardio and forgetting about strength.

Cardio is brilliant for your health, fitness and increasing energy expenditure.

But don’t let getting “fit” or losing body fat mean abandoning your strength work.

Lift weights. Get stronger. Keep your muscle. Do your cardio alongside it.

You can have both.

3. Under-eating protein.

Calories matter for fat loss, but protein should be one of your biggest nutritional priorities.

It helps support muscle retention, recovery and satiety, particularly when you’re eating in a calorie deficit.

Build your meals around a decent protein source and the rest becomes much easier.

4. Trying to do everything alone.

Knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently are two very different things.

A good environment helps.

Having sessions booked, coaches keeping you accountable and other people around you working towards their own goals can make consistency considerably easier.

That’s exactly what we’re trying to create at Thrive Belfast.

September doesn’t need to be extreme.

Get back into a routine. Train properly. Eat well. Get support. Give yourself enough time to actually make it sustainable.

Our next Thrive Belfast challenge starts 7th September.

If you want some structure and accountability after summer without turning your life upside down, give us a message and we’ll send you the details.

There’s more than one way to be coached at Thrive.

Our SGPT service is the core of what we do and something we’re incredibly proud of. It gives our members high-quality coaching, structure, accountability and individual attention, while still getting the benefits of training alongside a great community.

For the vast majority of people, it’s an incredibly effective way to train.

But everyone is different.

Some people simply prefer training 1:1. Others might feel more comfortable in a smaller setting, want additional coaching time, or have a very specific goal they’d like to work towards.

That’s why, alongside SGPT, we also offer 1:1 and small-group personal training, giving people different ways to access the same standard of coaching at Thrive.

Our team brings experience across everything from helping complete beginners build confidence, to postpartum training, marathon preparation, photoshoots, strength development and fitness racing.

All of our coaches are also former TCE students, meaning they’ve developed within our own coaching environment and understand exactly what we expect from the service we provide.

We learn from each other, challenge each other and hold each other to the same high standards.

Whatever the service, the approach stays the same

Good coaching. Clear structure. Ongoing support. A plan that fits the individual.

Not one size fits all. Just different coaching options, delivered to the same standard.

Not everything has to be optimised.

We know tracking works.

Calories, steps, bodyweight, sleep and training data can all be incredibly useful. For certain people and certain goals, that level of detail is exactly what’s needed.

But it’s not the only way to make progress.

Our Put Your Phone Down Challenge is for people who want to get back into a good routine, make progress and feel better without having another list of numbers to worry about every day.

For 6 weeks, we’ll simplify things.

We’ll give you a framework for your nutrition without needing to log every meal.

We’ll give you effective training without you having to question whether you’re doing enough.

We’ll help you become more active without spending your evening chasing a number on your watch.

And we’ll still check in, measure progress, keep you accountable and make adjustments when needed.

We provide the systems.
You provide the commitment.

Tracking absolutely has its place. This challenge is simply another option for people who want a more practical approach that fits around everyday life.

Less time thinking about what you should be doing.

More time actually doing it.

PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN 📵

6 weeks.
Starts 6th September.

DM us if you want involved.

Talk about being holiday ready 😎

Just shy of 2 stone down in 4 months!

Still enjoying the foods she likes & hasn't had to sacrifice her social life! The secret?

Effort & consistency 🎯

Massive props to 💪🏾 weights down, body composition improved, fitter, healthier & stronger than most fellas 😂

Orlaith sees the shutters go up before 6am more than any of our coaches do & still gives 100% at every session, no stranger to hard work!

Jets off to a friend's wedding abroad on Monday & wanted to just feel more confident going. Unbelievable work over these last 16 weeks!

There was a time when 60+ people packed into an old school hall every session.

High energy. Loud music. Great atmosphere.

That's where Thrive started.

Over the years, we've learned something important: more people doesn't always mean a better service.

Today, our coaching looks very different.

Every programme is built around the individual. Every session is coach-led. Every member is known. Progress is tracked. Sessions are adapted. Support goes far beyond the hour you spend in the gym.

Experience changes the way you coach.

After years of working with hundreds of people, we've learned that lasting results don't come from trying to coach everyone the same way. They come from structure, accountability and understanding the person in front of you.

That's the standard we've built Thrive Belfast around, and it's the same standard we teach at Thrive Coaching Education.

Whether you're trusting us with your own health and fitness or learning how to coach others, our goal is the same..

To deliver coaching that is practical, evidence based and built to make a difference long after the session ends.

We've been doing this a long time, and we're only getting better.

Special shout out to those that are still with us from the first video 🤍🖤
