It’s not about turning back the clock…

When Andrew came back to Belfast, training wasn’t new to him but doing it properly, with structure and purpose, was.
Like a lot of people, he’d been getting by.
A bit here, a bit there.
Nothing consistent.
Nothing that really moved the needle.
Now, it’s different.
He shows up, follows a clear plan, gets coached through every session, and leaves knowing he’s done something that actually matters.
But the real reason he keeps coming back?
“I have a young child at home. I want to be able to run after them in six years’ time.”
