I have builded Breeze Fitness with my whole heart ♥️
And maybe door is closed now but my heart will stay open for each of you forever ♥️

It’s not over yet 😍
I am moving into online business so hopefully I’ll see you there as well ❤️

I would love to say massive thank you to my partner Greg first of all~ without him I wouldn’t be here at all.
He believed in me and helped me to build this place, supported me every day during my (our) journey ♥️

When comes to summer months my body shouts for more fruits and vegetables 🥗🍉🍊🥬🍋🍎🫒🍓🫐🥒🥭🥥

Especially when it’s so warm ☀️I am enjoying much more fresh and light food 💚

You decide what and when you will eat but it’s one simple rule ~ respect your own body ❤️

Make it simple & make it tasty for yourself 💚💛🧡💚

My salad today:
Fresh spinach, sweet gem lettuce, juicy tomato, celery, feta cheese and watermelon, made with little drizzle of garlic olive oil with black pepper and a pinch of oregano 🌿

💚Night OUT with Breeze Fitness 💚

If you even came along to Breeze for a class and/ or PT please join out night out on Saturday 24th of June. We start at 4:30pm with an amazing food at Smokey Deli, following by a wonderful company and maybe/probably 🙈 few drinks 🍹🥂🍷

We are planning to make a buffet (around £20 per head) and details will be confirmed soon etc.
