Looking forward to supporting Gareth over the next few days as he takes on his biggest fitness challenge yet, running from Dublin to Belfast over 4 days. 🏃‍♂️

Anyone who knows Gareth knows the massive obstacles he has overcome in his life and the work he has put in to get himself to where he is today.

Exercise has played a huge part in that journey, and this challenge represents so much more than simply running from one city to another.

I’m looking forward to being there to support him, keep him moving when things get tough and hopefully help get him all the way from Dublin to Belfast. 💪

All while raising money and awareness for TAMHI, supporting mental health and reminding people that no one has to fight their battles alone.

Best of luck Gareth.

If you can, please get behind him and donate to the fundraiser. Every donation, big or small, will make a difference.

Halfway through the year.

We all know what happens at half-time. Whether you’re winning or losing, you reflect, make adjustments, and come out with a plan.

The first six months of the year might not have gone the way you expected. Maybe you’ve fallen off track, lost motivation, or life simply got in the way.

The good news? The game’s far from gone.

You still have six months to reset, rebuild, and become the person you wanted to be when the year began.

Don’t let a bad first half decide the final score.

The second half starts tomorrow.

New week. New opportunities. Same goals.

Before you plan your week, ask yourself this:

What’s the biggest roadblock stopping you from getting where you want to be?

Is it time?
Consistency?
Self-belief?
Poor habits?
Distractions?

Identify it. Address it. Move forward.

Your future won’t change by accident. It changes through the actions you take today.

What’s your biggest roadblock right now?

5/12 Complete.

From a personal perspective, 2026 has been difficult & adding not feeling like having an end goal in terms off gaa training or felt like I was training towards something in particular has been hard and something I’ve never felt, but it’s also allowed me to realise that there’s more to life, what’s important and what will always come first. Family.

That being said for the next 30 days it’s time to organise and reset, get into a new routine around the new normal that’s ultimately going to get me back enjoying things.

Perspective changes everything, the plan simple. Keep moving forward. Help the people around me. Appreciate the small moments. Make the most of the journey.

The year isn’t over yet and in many ways I hope it’s only getting started. 💪

Feel like you’re in a rut?

Stop overthinking it…

You don’t need a life overhaul
You don’t need to wait until Monday

Just have one good day, try all or some of these, then do it again the following day.

- Get up and do the thing you’ve been avoiding.
(Absolutely me today with the garden and roof)

- Move your body even if it’s the last thing you feel like doing, get outside, it’s gona be a “Days like this” day in Belfast tomorrow.

- Do something that actually puts a smile on your face, an activity or just switching off for a bit without feeling bad about it.

- Eat good food. Spend time taking something that you love.

That’s it

A rut isn’t your life falling apart
It’s just a few off days or a couple of rough weeks.

So start with one good day, tomorrow’s a good place to start.

Enjoy the weekend 🙌

Birthday Dinner 🎂

Wouldn’t normally drop a recommendation post, but if you’ve the chance to get in and try do it.

Probably the best Italian I’ve ever had.

🇮🇹🍝
