πŸ† MVP OF THE MONTH – PAUL πŸ†

A massive congratulations to Paul, our MVP for May.

His consistency over the last few months has been amazing. He has shows up, puts the work in, and trusted the process every step of the way.

The results speak for themselves. His body composition has changed massively , his strength has gone through the roof, and as you can see in this video, he’s now knocking out bodyweight chin-ups for reps.

What’s even more impressive is that just a few short months ago, Paul was using a thick green resistance band to complete his chin-ups.

A perfect example that consistency beats perfection every time. Keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and the results will come.

What a day for The Unit! These past 6 months there has been countless meltdowns, bike crashes, near drowning experiences and more than a few cuts and bruises! β €

Today however, it all was made so worth it as this group of absolute legends, we're taken completely out of their comfort zones and thrown into the world of swim, bike, run! β €
β €
If you'd told me in December, after our first swim session that not one person would fail to finish today, I'd have laughed at you! β €
β €
6 months of showing up, to try something completely new, understandably terrifying for most people has paid off and we can all now say, we've completed our first triathlon!! β €
β €
We are so proud of you all, πŸ‘ and looking forward to the next one πŸ‘€
