Had the privilege of coaching / and Pathway player last week during one of my sessions.
I worked on Johnny's passing, attacking footwork/positioning and kicking. He's just transitioned from the back row into the centre 💪🏻

Great session with Tom and the end of our first 8 week block. Improvement in multiple areas has been fantastic. My body can recover now, for a while at least 🤕

First game of the 26/27 season yesterday.
Solid first run out, made my 2nd debut for my home town club, Ards Rugby Club , scored a debut hat-trick and kicked 6/8. Happy enough...but those 2 misses annoyed me 🙃
