Calling all La Mon Country Club members! We're putting together a crew for the NI Hospice Dragon Boat Race and we want you on board!

📅 Friday 18th September (10am-4pm)
📍 River Lagan, Belfast
☀️ A fantastic day of friendly competition and team spirit - all in aid of NI Hospice
💷 A £20 participation donation per person applies

No experience needed, just bring your energy and determination to win!

Starting in under 2 weeks time, our programme is suitable for children aged 4–11 and packed with swimming, sports, arts & crafts and much more - blending creativity, teamwork and physical activity in a wonderful setting this summer

From £35 per day | 9am – 3pm daily:

Join us for a refreshing, low-impact workout that's perfect for all fitness levels.

Whether you want to tone up, boost flexibility or simply enjoy a morning in the pool, this class has something for everyone.

It's the ideal midweek reset - Your joints will thank you... Your mood definitely will!😄
