A lovely sunny evening last night with Ross McAneney and Mizuno UK testing running the wave rider 30 🌅🌊

The group used the wave rider for their Tuesday session consisting of 30 minutes of laps, seeing how much mileage they cover. The wave rider was a hit with the group, those who used the test shoe commented on how lightweight, cushioned and stable they felt. The wave rider 30 is a great neutral everyday mileage shoe, which is lightweight enough to do some speed work in.
