🤲 Amy fell in love with aerial hoop as a student in Polercise over a decade ago and began teaching in 2019. She strives to create an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace and have fun doing it. She loves to help students unlock strength and build confidence in their bodies.
