Our private sauna is suitable for use by one or two persons at a time and is cleaned between every use. Use our online booking link and save up to 20% on all infrared sauna bookings, including dual therapy sessions combining heat therapy with cold water therapy.

30/45 minute slots available can also be used with sports massage or ice bath.
