A massive thank you to our player Matty Tunnah for putting the lads through their paces at his Gym Ascent Belfast. A great effort put in by all, well done lads.

🔵⚪️Irish cup draw🔵⚪️

We have been drew away to Bangor Amateurs in the first round of the Irish cup.

The tie will be played on the 8th August at Clandeboye with a 1.30 pm kick off.

Dylan Hyndman -

A young local lad who has impressed the management team during pre-season.

Dylan has been working incredibly hard in training, and the management are looking forward to seeing him in a Foundry shirt this season!

Mario -

Mario reached out to Mark Picking to see if he could come up and train during pre-season, and he has been a brilliant addition to the group.

Having won Young Player of the Year last season while playing for Shorts FC, He is a strong, fit, and highly energetic midfielder.

The management team is looking forward to our first pre-season game of the season, away to Ballyclare. The boys have been back for two weeks now, and the coaching staff has been thoroughly impressed with their attitude. It will be great to see the new faces pull on the Foundry shirt for the first time! 💙
