Massive congratulations to Emily Haggard-Kearney on an incredible performance at the Antrim Coast Half Marathon! π₯
Representing Ireland, Emily stormed to a brilliant 6th place finish and in the process took a staggering 2 minutes 59 seconds off the club record! π€―π
The previous record, set by Mary Margaret Meade way back in 2004, had stood for over two decades.
What a performance, Emily! π

Racing at the BMC St Maryβs meeting, Chris stopped the clock in a superb 8:07.51 for 3000m.
The run further cements his place as the third fastest North Belfast Harrier of all time over the distance, adding another outstanding performance to an already exceptional season
