Classes at Jacqui Philpott's Dance Studio & St Bernadette's Parish Centre, cost £36 for 6 lessons, which, unlike the Crescent Arts Centre classes, do not need to be taken consecutively, or £7 per class. Friday LA Fitness, Adelaide Street, 12:30 - 13:15 N.B. this class is open to public and you do not require membership of LA Fitness to attend this class. I teach two evening classes in LA Fitness, Adelaide Street in Belfast's city centre which were exclusively for members but now I can enroll 5 non-members for each class. You can enroll for a 8 week course at a cost of £48.00. If you have a Yoga/exercise mat you should bring it for classes in St Bernadette's and Jacqui Philpott's although I do supply a limited number of mats. You need to bring a mat to the International House class. Mats are supplied at LA Fitness. I also do 1-2-1 sessions in my studio at weekends. 1-2-1 sessions are tailored to your needs and last for 1 hour at a cost of £30. You will be able to use equipment such as stability balls, a stability disc, dumbbells, medicine balls, core rollers and flex bands of various strengths.
