Namaste Yoga & Wellness Centre is a light, airy and beautiful space dedicated to the practice of Yoga, Meditation, Health and Well-Being. Known for our welcoming and friendly atmosphere, our students range from complete beginners of all ages and backgrounds to more advanced yogis who’ve practised for years.

We have online yoga classes that were recorded during the pandemic.
Many of you still enjoy these classes when you unable to make it to classes at the centre.
We are closed for 1 week from tomorrow for Easter break.
Closed from Fri 17 Apr until Sat 26 Apr inclusive.
