Your health and fitness is multidimensional- physically, mentally, spiritually. Let's explore! At the tender age of eighteen, I became a single mum.

I'm a mum of two, a Personal Trainer, a Fitness Professional, Mindset Coach and Educator

Life hasn't always been easy. I struggled with my health, my energy, my weight, my self esteem, poverty and the ability to love my self. Life is very different now. I have the privilege of helping others find fulfillment in their own personal walks, to realise their true potential and take hold of a life desi

Happiest birthday to my forever baby… big 15 ❤️

I’m not allowed to post her - on the occasions I have, I’ve been put in time-out for months 😂 - so this photo from a few years ago in Mykonos will have to suffice.
I’m not making it about me, honest! Just trying to celebrate her whilst honouring her wishes.

I remember this moment so clearly. It was her birthday then too, and she was questioning me about something profound, as usual.

She’s the smartie-pants. She knows social media is not her friend. In fact, she has been one of my greatest teachers.

Whilst we’ve all rushed around trying to navigate the crazy decade we’ve had as a family, she has quietly dealt with struggles of her own - and there have been many - like a true warrior.

When she was being bullied, she didn’t feel sorry for herself. She made a plan: get the grades, get into the top school and get as far away from the bullies as possible.

And she did exactly that.

In many ways she’s had to sit in the shadows while our family navigated some serious storms, yet when I look back, I always find evidence of her joyful, hopeful heart.
She’s strong-headed, has a fierce moral compass and doesn’t simply follow the crowd. She thinks critically, asks questions and makes up her own mind. She even challenges me on my ethics - currently my use of AI is under close scrutiny 😂

This is my first birthday without her. She’s celebrating with her sister in Scotland and, for a moment, that inner 17-year-old mama wondered who she was without her kids.

Then I reminded myself: I am a very blessed woman.

Dea Daniella. ❤️
Dea - goddess.
Daniella - only God is my judge.

Even your name feels like you.

Keep questioning. Keep thinking. Keep choosing your own path. Keep that beautiful moral compass pointing you home.

Most of all, protect that joyful, hopeful heart.
Happy 15th, my darling Dea Daniella.

May you always know who you are, even when the world gets loud. ❤️

Mama ❤️

You want to look like a goddess overnight?

Cute. But that’s not how this works.

Chronically low calories? Hello low bone density, low s*x drive, worse perimenopausal symptoms, flat energy and skin that loses its bounce.

Too much of the wrong exercise? Same story.

I’m on the cusp of 47 and I still feel vital, strong and s*xy - and after nearly 3 decades coaching women, I can tell you the thing that actually works:

A consistently healthy lifestyle.

A Mediterranean-style diet has been linked with better health outcomes through peri and menopause.

Strength training protects muscle and bone.

Enough food supports hormones, energy and recovery.

And HRT? It can be incredibly helpful, but it does not replace the lifestyle habits that protect you from osteoporosis, loss of muscle and the diseases that become more common as we age.

The pattern is simple:

Fads are quick.
Results are built through consistency.

You cannot starve, punish or biohack your way into long-term vitality.

You build it.

With food that nourishes you.
Training that preserves muscle.
Movement that supports your bones.
Habits that protect your hormones, skin, energy and confidence.

That’s what I teach.

Not an expensive quick fix.

An affordable, sustainable, forever solution.

And actually?

That is s*xy.

Starts Wednesday 2nd September.

Options from £30–£95 for the month.

Give me a shout if you’re in ❤️

I know the word God can send some people into a religious hot flash - especially here in NI, where religion has, for many, been tangled up with control, shame and hurt.

But I want to bring the word back into my own vocabulary.

Because Father God has been my sustainer.

Not through religion as performance. Not through outsourcing my power, responsibility or healing. But through a deeply personal relationship with the Divine - one I’ve found again and again through discipline, ritual, prayer, movement, breath, training, reflection and showing up when life was anything but easy.

Those practices have given me something I spent much of my life searching for outside myself: safety, strength, wholeness and a deep internal confidence.

People sometimes ask me where that confidence comes from.

It didn’t arrive because life was kind to me.

It was built.

And I believe it was held by God while I built it.

I don’t believe abundance comes from endlessly outsourcing our wellbeing - waiting for another person, another relationship, another qualification, another body, another circumstance to finally make us feel whole.

I believe so much of it comes from insourcing.

Learning how to create steadiness inside your own body.
How to generate joy rather than chase it.
How to meet discomfort without abandoning yourself.
How to strengthen the body without punishing it.
How to become quiet enough to hear what your soul has been trying to tell you.

That has become my life’s work.

And this September, alongside Ken, Lindsay and our incredible YogaFit Retreats ~ All-inclusive Wellness Festival family, we return to Greece for the fourth time to share exactly that.

Not an escape from your life.

A return to yourself.

Come and learn how to insource your joy.

The wellness world is full of noise - let’s turn that down and remind ourselves that nothing is missing. I’ve made a living over the 30 years teaching women how to become more by doing less… because it’s not that complicated when you’re focussed on what’s truly important.

August accountabilty group is now open. For less than a gym membership, I’ll give you what you need to fall back in love with the simplicity of life and the basics which keep you in love with yourself.

And don’t forget to book YogaFit Retreats ~ All-inclusive Wellness Festival Greece - this is not an escape, it’s a becoming 💙🇬🇷
