đŽ SEEKERS, THIS READING IS FOR YOU.
Next up in my Archetype Wellness Alchemy Readings is the Seeker. â¨
If youâre new here, I work with four Warrior Goddess Archetypes: the Seeker, Warrior, Alchemist and Guardian.
Each represents different patterns, strengths, shadows and ways we can get stuck, particularly as we move through midlife.
For these readings, I pull a card from my Warrior Goddess Oracle and interpret whatâs coming through for your archetype using my Wellness Alchemy Triquetraâ˘:
𧏠Biology
đ§ Psychology
⨠Spirituality
And Seeker, youâre the woman who is always looking for the next piece of the puzzle.
The next answer. The next thing to learn. The next possibility. The thing that will finally make everything click.
But sometimes all that seeking can leave you with twenty tabs open on yourself and absolutely no fu***ng idea which one actually matters. đ
Sometimes your body is depleted.
Sometimes an old subconscious belief is keeping you searching because somewhere underneath it sits the fear that you still havenât found the ârightâ answer.
And sometimes your soul genuinely is asking you to follow a new path.
Wellness Alchemy is about connecting those dots and translating what they mean for YOU.
Where woo woo meets nerdy science. đŽđ§Źâ¨

Because what looks like one thing on the surface often has much deeper roots.
Your energy can affect your capacity.
Your nervous system can influence your behaviour.
And old subconscious beliefs and Hidden Curses can quietly shape how much you give, what you tolerate, where you abandon your own needs and whether you believe youâre allowed to take up space.
Wellness Alchemy is about connecting those dots.
Where woo woo meets nerdy science. đŽ

And Alchemist, this is where things can get particularly interesting.
Because youâre naturally drawn to meaning, intuition, energy, ritual and the deeper WHY behind what youâre experiencing.
But sometimes the thing that feels energetic is biological.
Sometimes the thing youâre trying to manifest your way through has a subconscious pattern underneath it.
And sometimes the answer genuinely IS in the magic.
Wellness Alchemy is about knowing how to look at all three, connect the dots, and ask whatâs actually going on underneath the surface.

âď¸ WARRIORS, THIS READING IS FOR YOU.
Welcome to the first of my Archetype Wellness Alchemy Readings. đŽ
If youâve been around here for a while, youâll know I work with four Warrior Goddess Archetypes: the Seeker, Warrior, Alchemist and Guardian.
Each represents different patterns, strengths, shadows and ways we can get stuck, particularly as we move through midlife.
And now Iâm going to be reading for them.
Think of these a little like an archetypal Tarot reading. Iâll pull a card from my Warrior Goddess Oracle and interpret whatâs coming through for your archetype using my Wellness Alchemy Triquetraâ˘:
𧏠Biology
đ§ Psychology
⨠Spirituality
Because whatâs going on with you is rarely JUST hormones, JUST mindset, JUST stress or JUST energy.
The interesting stuff is often in how those things connect.
Thatâs Wellness Alchemy: where woo woo meets nerdy science, and we connect the dots between whatâs happening in your body, your subconscious patterns and beliefs, and your inner world.
First upâŚ
âď¸ THE WARRIOR.
If Warrior is your archetype, this reading is for you.

Let me tell you what I actually do.
Because if you've been following me for a while, you might know the kettlebells. Or the Warrior Goddess. Or the perimenopause conversations. Or the books.
And I love that you're here for any of it.
But here's the thing I want you to understand.
It's all the same conversation.
I'm Lisa Barwise. Wellness Alchemist. Author of the Warrior Goddess Saga.
I'm usually not the first person you've worked with. I'm the one who helps you see how the pieces actually fit together.
The women who find me have done the homework. They've tried the protocols, the hormone panels, the diet and exercise plans, the therapists, the healers. They've collected experts the way the wellness industry tells them to. And they're exhausted.
Informed and exhausted.
They're not missing information. They're missing understanding.
Specifically: understanding how their biology, psychology and spirituality are speaking to each other. Because they always are. Your body has never separated those three things. It's only the wellness industry that decided they belonged in different rooms.
I built the Wellness Alchemy Triquetra⢠because I kept seeing the same pattern. Women who'd done everything right, yet still sensed something was missing. They were right. The missing piece was never another expert. It was someone who could look at the whole picture and create a map.
That's what I do through The Wellness Alchemy Readingâ˘. I take years of symptoms, health history, beliefs, patterns and life experiences that look completely unrelated and I connect them into one coherent story. Like a constellation. The stars were always there. They just needed someone to join the dots.
And the kettlebells? Sexy Strong⢠is real. Building physical strength in midlife is part of the inner work. One reinforces the other. Training as initiation, muscle as medicine, the body as the place where the transformation lands. That's the same offer as the Warrior Goddess. Always has been.
What I believe, plainly:
Symptoms are messages. Your body is telling one coherent story and it deserves to be heard.
Midlife is a reawakening. This season is asking you to stop living the way you always have and start becoming the woman you're meant to be.
Armour Weight⢠lifts through understanding. The weight women carry, physically and otherwise, doesn't release through trying harder. It releases when the pattern finally makes sense.
Consistency comes from clarity and capacity. When you know what matters, what doesn't, and why you're doing it, showing up becomes so much easier.
Strength changes everything. The way a woman walks into a room, a relationship, a new season of her life.
I work with midlife women who are done chasing every new idea and ready to understand their own story. Women who want biology, psychology and spirituality held together, not handed out in separate appointments. Women who are ready to release Armour Weightâ˘, build real strength, and come home to themselves.
I'm probably a less natural fit if you're looking for a single-lane answer. One more diet. One more supplement. One more protocol to add to the pile.
What I offer: The Wellness Alchemy Readingâ˘, where we start by mapping your whole picture. The Consistency Coven, where we release and shed the Armour Weight. Sexy Strong: The Island, where Warrior Goddesses are forged through strength and metabolic healing and result in the physical transformation of body shape change and a long and healthy life.
And the Warrior Goddess Saga. Two books written. Two more coming. Because these ideas deserve to travel further than my community, and I think women will press them into each other's hands.
If something here landed, come and find me.
The Wellness Alchemy Reading⢠is where we start. đż

Today is 8/8.
The Lion's Gate Portal.
Whether you see it as a powerful energetic gateway or simply a beautiful annual ritual, I think it offers us something we rarely give ourselves...
Permission to pause.
To take an honest look at what we're still carrying.
Because here's what I've learned:
You can't fill hands that are already full.
We spend so much time asking the Universe for more...
More health.
More abundance.
More confidence.
More love.
More energy.
But we rarely ask...
What am I still holding onto that no longer belongs to me?
Before you set your intentions today, I invite you to release.
Not because releasing magically manifests your dreams.
But because carrying yesterday's burdens into tomorrow usually recreates more of yesterday.
⨠Here are 8 things worth leaving behind today:
â The belief that you're behind.
⥠The pressure to earn your worth through doing more.
⢠The version of yourself you've already outgrown.
⣠The guilt that follows rest.
⤠The stories that keep you small, quiet or apologetic.
⼠The resentment you've been carrying in your body.
⌠The fear of being seen for who you really are.
⧠The need to control exactly how everything unfolds.
Take a piece of paper.
Write down everything you're ready to put down.
Burn it safely.
Rip it up.
Bury it.
Let the wind carry it away.
Then ask yourself...
Who do I become now that I'm no longer carrying all of that?
From that place...
What do you want to create?
What kind of woman are you becoming?
What would your body, your relationships, your work and your life look like if they were no longer built around survival?
For me, this is what Wellness Alchemy has always been about.
Not becoming someone new.
But releasing enough Armour Weight that the woman underneath finally has room to breathe.
Happy Lion's Gate.
May today be less about asking for more...
..and more about finally putting something down. đŚâ¨

They taught women obedience.
They gave it beautiful names.
Be a good girl.
Be nice.
Be agreeable.
Be selfless.
Be polite.
Be accommodating.
Be easy to love.
Over time, obedience stopped looking like control.
It looked like virtue.
Women learned to swallow their opinions to keep the peace.
To say yes when they meant no.
To apologise for taking up space.
To silence their intuition when it challenged authority.
To carry the emotional labour without complaint.
Generation after generation, these behaviours were praised as character.
Yet obedience and virtue are not the same thing.
Virtue is rooted in integrity.
Obedience is rooted in compliance.
One asks you to honour your values.
The other asks you to abandon yourself for someone else's.
This is the Good Girl conditioning so many women are now unravelling.
Not because being kind is wrong.
Not because compassion is weakness.
But because kindness without boundaries becomes self-abandonment.
The Warrior Goddess doesn't reject compassion.
She simply remembers that her voice, her intuition, and her truth are virtues too.
Reflection: Where in your life were you praised for obedience when what you really needed was permission to be yourself?

The Wellness Alchemy of Rest
For many women, rest has become tangled with shame.
Stillness feels like sloth.
Pausing feels like laziness.
Doing nothing feels irresponsible.
So we keep moving.
We override the body's whispers until they become symptoms.
The Wellness Alchemy invites a different question.
â Biology
Is your exhaustion asking for recovery?
đ§ Psychology
When did rest become something you had to earn?
⨠Spirituality
What if rest is not the absence of purpose...
but the place where wisdom returns?
Alchemy transforms one thing into another.
Perhaps your work is not to transform exhaustion into productivity...
Perhaps it is to transform guilt into permission.
To transform sloth into something sacred.
Because rest is not the opposite of strength.
It is where strength is restored.
Reflection: What belief about rest are you ready to transmute?

đž Lughnasadh blessings.
The first harvest.
A sacred pause between the intensity of summer and the turning towards autumn.
Traditionally, this was the time to gather the first grains, bake bread from the new harvest and give thanks for what the land had provided. It was a celebration, but it was also a moment of honesty.
What has flourished?
What never took root?
What needs tending before the seasons change?
I love the symbolism of Lughnasadh because it reminds us that every harvest begins with seeds we planted months ago.
The conversations we chose to have.
The boundaries we finally set.
The strength we built one workout at a time.
The beliefs we questioned.
The courage to stop shrinking.
Those become the harvest.
And if youâre looking around your life and thinking, âThis isnât the harvest I hoped for,â remember thisâŚ
The harvest isnât the end of the story.
Itâs feedback.
It shows you what has been receiving your time, your energy and your attention. It also reveals where new seeds need to be planted.
As women, weâre often taught to keep pushing for the next thing without ever stopping to acknowledge how far weâve come.
Lughnasadh invites us to do the opposite.
Celebrate the small wins.
Honour the lessons.
Release what no longer belongs in this next season.
Choose, intentionally, what youâre cultivating from here.
So today, ask yourself:
What am I harvesting?
And what do I want to be gathering when the wheel turns again?
Blessed Lughnasadh. đžâ¨
