JACKPOT £800.

Our Joker Jackpot has now climbed to £800. Last weeks winner was our Hydration technical officer, Cathy Sloan. Cathy won a tenner but didn't find the joker.
The number of entries this week is down as we had no Dart matches at the club, so chances of getting drawn are that bit higher....£800 for some foreign sun or a new strip for your team. There's plenty that uses for that amount.

This thurs the B&D team travel to The Ballyhackamore social club, to renew their rivalry with the Hack lads. We welcomed them to the masa last August as part of preseason. Who would have thought 9 months later, both teans would meet again to be contest the RICE CUP final ?

We're looking forward to seeing the lads in the final friendly, before the league starts next week.

BEST OF THE BEST 2
For the MATT YOUNG MEMORIAL TROPHY

On sunday we had a super turnout for BEST OF THE BEST 2, for my Dad's Memorial trophy.
Thanks to all the players, parents and my family who came down to honour my Dad's memory.

Our dart club was well represented with Thomas, lucas, tiernan, lee and Alfie all competing. It was a great day of tough darts with many games going to the decider....One of the many high during the group stages was Lucas sloan's amazing 170 Big fish checkout 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Eventually, we reached the last 8 and watched 4 fantastic quarter finals, with Kazon, Conleith, Jacob and Tiernan reaching the semi's.

Conleith and Tiernan booked their places in the final, both recording 4 : 1 victories over Kason and Jacob respectively. The last two standing gave us a superb final which included an 11 dart leg from uncle fester, quality darts mate. Tiernan, then from 3 :2 down leveled the match and went ahead in 11 darts, and never looked back....winning the trophy 5 : 3 🏆

The standard last year was fantastic, but yesterday showed just how much these young lads have improved their overall game and Height !!😀 it was very fitting the last years champion Leo Jamieson presented the trophy to Tiernan, both names now on the cup ❤️

A great weekend of darts began when 4 teams competed for the inaugural Scott & Spiers Cup.
This new trophy remembers two social club members who were always incredibly supportive of the darts at the club.

It was a pleasure to have some of the family members down, to present the trophy to the competing teams. The night began with a Masa Derby, as the Warriors took on the Mavericks and it was the new boys who came out the winners.

The other game featured the standard who took on first time visitors to the club, the muckybirds of muckamore cricket club. Plenty of good darts thrown, but it was the Muckybirds who reached the final.

3rd place on the night went to the warriors who defeated the standard and the Final between the Mavericks and Muckybirds was tight to begin with, but it was the Hone team that powered through to victory.

I'd like to thank all four teams for their support of the " Two Bobbys " and the club, god spares see you all again next year.

Today, some of the best youth players in the country will appear at the masa, hoping to come away as the Matt Young Memorial Champion and £200 better off. 🏆💰💰💰
