Winning streak ongoing....
Day 2 was completed with day pass at Olympus gym ποΈββοΈ
Day 3 just ticked off with an intense session at Sacred Heart Boxing club πͺπͺπͺ
Permanent location hopefully on the cards soon π
I don't do it just to lose weight
I don't do it because i feel like I have to
I do it because mentally its essential
I do it because it helps me cope through the hardest time of my life
I do it because it helps me be a better version of myself
I do it because I NEED to
And so do you! Everyone needs exercise in their lives. You don't need to have a set goal, do it to help your body and your mind ποΈββοΈβ€οΈ

All available right at our door step with a brilliant outdoor gym setting π

Huge well done to my girl Cailiosa today! First session back at the gym in a couple of weeks...
Today's session was a heavy one and she SMASHED IT πβ€
Deadlifts - stayed at 80% of 1RM. 70kg 5 x 5
Power cleans - 30kg 5 x 5
Back squats - 3 sets 50kg
Leg press - KILLER - 4 sets worked up to 200kg for 6 new PB
Finished with prowler at 110kg
We work better when we work together ππβ€ keep eyes peeled its just going to get better and better π

My client KILLING IT πππ₯³π₯³
Absolutely buzzing for her and know she has put in the work and made the sacrifices to get these results.
Ashley and Sinead are in week 6 training 2 - 3 sessions per week. Each session they might complain a littttle bit πππππ but no matter what they get it done. Both girls have busy lives Sinead works full time and is also living with long covid. Ashley has 2 kids 1 aged 2 and the other 8 months and is still breastfeeding the baby. Think both girls will tell you it isn't easy but staying consistent is what will get you there. They both still have their treats - no such thing as restricted diets here!! Tracking and eating what they feel like π
Can't wait to see what the next 6 weeks bring for these 2 besties π―ββοΈ

Must say I haven't had the easiest run recently but i tell you what. No matter what you feel on any given day the BEST therapy for you is a trip to the gym. I have been EXHAUSTED recently to the point where after a 13 hour sleep i was still drained....but every time i leave the gym after a workout i feel pumped. I go home to my babies a happier and more energetic mummy.
I have definitely learned that although i do it for myself, its benefiting them also.
