Mini Rugby was first introduced to Malone RFC in the late 1970’s/early 1980’s lasting a few seasons. In 1989 thanks to Willie Getty, Terry McComish, Willie Henry and Raymond Thomas, mini rugby was reintroduced to the club. Great morning at our Coach the Coaches session yesterday, followed by some pre-season fuelling 🤣 with breakfast baps and maybe a few Guinness while watching the 1sts in action! 🍻🏉
A massive thank you to Thomas for taking the session, sharing some fantastic training and game ideas, and getting everyone motivated for the season ahead.

We're back from Saturday 5th September and can't wait to welcome new and returning players!
Whether you've played before or want to give rugby a try for the very first time, we'd love to see you.

Our P7s wrapped up their Malone Minis journey with a fantastic day at We Are Hydro, followed by some rugby Platoon.
They also enjoyed a hugely successful tour to Athy, topped off with a brilliant trip to Emerald Park, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
It has been an honour to have each and every one of you as part of Malone Minis. Whether you joined us in P1 or came along somewhere along the way, you have all played a part in making this group so special.
We wish you every success in the future and hope to see many of you pulling on a Malone jersey again in years to come — although an Ulster or Ireland jersey would do too! 😂
Finally, a massive thank you to all of our P7 coaches for their years of dedication, commitment and support. The time, energy and enthusiasm you have given these children has made a lasting impact, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you have done.
