We're a small group personal training gym in West Belfast that believes fitness should be enjoyable, supportive and something you can genuinely stick to..

🌟 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🌟
A huge congratulations to one of our incredible members Lisa on reaching an amazing milestone.. 4 years with Elevate Fitness! 👏
Over those four years, she has lost an incredible 5 stone 5 pounds!!!
Her secret? There isn’t one..
She turns up. She puts in the work. She trains at 6am at least 3 times every week and she does it consistently, year after year..
What’s even more impressive is that she hasn’t put her life on hold to achieve these results..
This is important because sustainable results don’t come from being perfect. They come from consistent action, repeated over time.
Four years ago, she made a decision to start.
