Hello friends! ✨

These practices have been so amazing lately. I wasn’t expecting summer to be a very popular yin time but the July and August classes have been packed with people wanting to practice, slow down, learn and connect to themselves. The resilience and curiosity I have witnessed in everyone have been such a learning curve as a teacher and an eternal student. Thank you, you’re all amazing 🙏🏻

In September, because it’s going to be a busy month, I’ve organised a single 2h practice that you can join (“Beneath the Surface” at Maitri Studio Belfast on the 18th of September and half of the spaces are gone already!) ✨

Then in October we are back to shorter but more regular practices, one on the 2nd and another one on the 23rd. Join both or just one, you can also grab a pass that will last you for the next year so no rush in using your credits ♥️

Lots of love, big thank you to my teachers and to the practices that bring us so much 🫶🏻

It’s been some week! ✨🌧️

A lot of teaching, a lot of socialising and in my opinion not enough cat cuddles (we will need to fix that this week) 🐈

Like a lot of busy weeks there have been some very low lows and some very high highs and instead of calling things good or bad I find it really helpful to just remind myself what a gift it is to feel, to practice, to learn constantly about one self. To have the courage to look within and to sit with what we find there 🌀

Thank you to everyone who came to classes this week, it has been a delight to be able to facilitate these practices! I shall see you soon again ✨

Classes as normal this week :

Monday Maitri Studio Belfast 6.30-7.30pm (Hatha)

Tuesday Yoga Quarter 7-8am (Vinyasa) and YOGA, REFORMER & PILATES STUDIO BELFAST 8-9pm (Yang to Yin)

Wednesday Alpha Physio 7.15-8.15pm( Hatha)

Thursday Yoga Quarter 10-11am (Hatha)

Sunday YOGA, REFORMER & PILATES STUDIO BELFAST 10-11am (Vinyasa)

What do you value on your journey as a teacher or student of yoga? What have you learned recently? ✨

09/07/2026

I’ve been thinking about offering a longer practice for some time now, so here we are! ✨

On the 18th of September, join us at Maitri Studio Belfast for a two hour practice.

Slow, accessible and intentional movement will constitute the first part of the practice, as well as a short silent (herbal) tea break for you to move about, meditate or journal.

In the second part we will enter a yin yoga practice with longer holds of poses on the floor and slowly transition towards a yoga nidra practice - a deep guided meditation.

No experience is necessary to attend but in doubt do let me know if you have questions or if you are dealing with anything that might get in the way of your practice before booking - whether it is mental or physical 🙏🏻

£15 for the two hours of practice
Book through my booking page (link in bio)

See you soon friends ✨

Hello hello 👋🏻

Short post to say that the Yang to Yin class at is moving back to Tuesday evenings from this coming week! ☯️

So from this coming Tuesday (7th July), you can join us again on the Cregagh Rd, 8-9pm, for a slow and nourishing practice.

The current group of regulars is really lovely and welcoming, you will feel like you’re stepping into a friend’s living room to lie down and relax with them all! ✨

The practice starts with some slow movement until we transition towards some longer holds and relaxing breathing practices. A great way to find both movement and stillness in the body and mind to finish your day.

It is beginner friendly (and I actually always advice total beginners to start with this kind of practice to take time to understand what both movement and stillness practices entail!) 🙏🏻

Message me if you have any questions and see you soon ✨
