A diagnosis can help explain what someone is experiencing, but it does not define who they are.

Every person living with bipolar has their own experience. There is no one typical journey, and no two people experience bipolar in exactly the same way.

We’re absolutely delighted to be announced as the chosen charity for Shandon Park Golf Club’s Captain and Lady Captain this year ⛳💛

They’ve already been off to an incredible start - most recently hosting a fantastic quiz night on Friday, raising an amazing £1,600!

We’re so grateful for the support and can’t wait to work together over the coming months to make a real difference for mental health across Northern Ireland.
