⛳ WE’RE RECRUITING – DEPUTY HEAD GREENKEEPER ⛳

Balmoral Golf Club, Belfast is looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Head Greenkeeper to join our green-keeping team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Course Manager, helping to lead the team and maintain and develop the course to the highest possible standards.

🌱 The Role
• Assist with the day-to-day management of the golf course
• Help lead, support and develop the greenkeeping team
• Deliver excellent course conditions throughout the year
• Support course improvement and development programmes
• Take responsibility for operations in the Course Manager’s absence

👤 We’re looking for someone with:
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant greenkeeping experience
• A recognised greenkeeping/turf management qualification
• Strong practical turf and course maintenance knowledge
• Leadership and team management skills
• A passion for high standards and course presentation

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious greenkeeper looking to take the next step in their career and play an important role in Balmoral Golf Club's future development.

Our brilliant Fred Daly Team were in action yesterday in the Ulster North Final against Galgorm GC. ⛳️
Unfortunately it wasn’t the end result we were hoping for, with Galgorm taking the win. Well done Galgorm and good luck in the All Irelands. 👏

We will be back stronger next year!!!! The same team is still eligible, with quite a number of fantastic squad players looking to earn a spot on the team.
