A big congratulations to Youngstar Lorcan, who came 2nd in the NI & Ulster Age Group Championships with a 4.09m long jump! This qualifies him for the All Ireland Championships later this month. 😃

Hi Everyone,
Just to let you know, there will be two, 10 week training squads, starting soon for any children wishing to get better at sprints or to work on their endurance/ fitness. Michael, Hannah and Eva will be taking these sessions, as most kids should be familiar with them being the Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday Youngstar coaches. To keep the quality high, I've limited each of the squads to 15 children. The training starts the first week of June and finishes the first week of August. The registration link is on the Youngstars website and i’ll put the link below. Any questions please let me know!

Endurance/ Fitness Squad-
Starts Monday June 5th and will be from 5.30pm - 6.30pm

Sprints Squad-
Starts Monday June 5th and will be from 7pm - 8pm
