💜 A Day That Means So Much More Than Rugby

Sunday 12th July will mark a huge milestone for everyone involved with Bedwas Blaze as our Women's Senior Team takes to the field for its very first touch rugby match.

While we're incredibly excited to celebrate the start of this new chapter, this game is about something even bigger than rugby.

We are proud to be dedicating this special occasion to supporting Stephanie Cann following her recent courageous battle with breast cancer. Through this event, we will be raising funds for the incredible Velindre Cancer Centre, whose work provides vital care, support, and hope to patients and their families during some of the most challenging times of their lives.

Cancer touches so many families, friends, teammates, and communities. That's why this cause is so close to our hearts. Every donation, every share, every person who comes along to support will help make a real difference.

We would love to see as many people as possible join us on the day. Come and support the team, cheer on the players, enjoy the live music afterwards, and help us raise as much as we can for a truly deserving cause.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. Together, let's make our first game one to remember—for the team, for Stephanie, and for everyone who relies on the amazing work of Velindre Cancer Centre.
