🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS 🚨

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE 🚧

For the next 7 days, the highlighted road will be closed every evening from 6:00 PM until 2:00 AM.

🏋️ THE GYM IS STILL OPEN!
The gym remains completely accessible throughout this period. You will just need to use the alternative route to access the gym while the road is closed.

The road will reopen at 2:00 AM each morning.

Please allow a little extra time for your journey and plan your route accordingly.

PLEASE DON’T SHOOT THE MESSENGER! 😅

Absolutely unbelievable work! 👏🏻

The incredible transformation SO FAR of big fuss Martin Armstrong! 😳

He’s lost just under FIVE STONE coming down from his biggest ever 23st to 18st and still we are coming down.

He’s gained a fantastic amount of lean muscle, key to increasing his metabolism and making his body more efficient fat burning machine. Along with obvious key changes to his diet and crucially increasing that protein intake to protect that muscle as he cones down.

He’s also trained… HARD.
My god he puts a shift in 🥵

I think lots of people forget this part, if you want to make serious changes then you have to be committed to putting in the work, he’s smashed that part. 💪

The best part about this is I don’t think we’re even anywhere near the finished product yet. But so far it’s absolutely outstanding work 👏🏻
