We help people reduce pain, build strength & fitness and improve their quality of life.

The Fitness Collective is a Personal Training Studio. Based on Dane Street in the heart of the town centre, close to both bus & train links and the town’s car parks. Why are we different? We offer Small Group Personal Training - for those who prefer to train with others but in a small and more tailored, personal environment (maximum of 4 people in any session), bridging the gap between Personal Tr

aining and less personal large group training sessions. Small Group PT sessions are 60 minutes of strength training to improve muscular coordination, confidence in the gym and sociable, community, driven Environment. They run six days a week, morning’s and evening’s to cater for everyone’s busy schedules and hectic timetables, whether it’s training before work, after the school run or after the working day…and this number is sure to increase as The Collective grows! For a more tailored approach we also offer 45 minute or 1 hour Personal Training sessions specifically tailored to each client at highly competitive rates. Our experienced team works within a diverse range of client needs including sports specific training, weight loss, muscle gain, muscle tone, pre and post-natal fitness and much more. We don’t tie clients into lengthy contracts - instead we offer discounts for block bookings or monthly memberships.

🚨 CALLING ALL POWERLIFTERS IN & AROUND BEDFORD 🚨

Following a really successful trial session, we’re launching a regular Saturday Powerlifting Club at Bedford Barbell.

The aim is simple: an open session for local powerlifters to come together, train on competition-spec equipment, share the platform and start building a proper powerlifting community in Bedford.

Whether you’re competing, thinking about competing, or just love powerlifting, come down, train and meet some like-minded lifters.
