Welcome, my classes are for everyone. It doesn't matter about age (some classes are only suitable for over 12's)or ability, it's about having fun!!!
There is an additional aqua class today Woburn Lido 10.30am, there's still a few spaces, go on their website and book quick if you'd like one
If you would like to do the discount plan for one class a week then next block is 7 weeks which is £52.50
