Three games down, and our Real Bedford Development Team remain right in the mix!
Following Sunday’s narrow 2–1 defeat to Luton Town Development, the Dev Team sit 3rd in the Eastern Region Women’s Football League – Division One North.

FULL-TIME | REAL BEDFORD LADIES
A mixed afternoon for our Real Bedford Ladies, with one fantastic win and a narrow defeat across today's fixtures.
🔴⚫ Real Bedford 2–1 Swindon Town FC
A brilliant victory at home!
Goals from Lily Whitelock and Zynia Delglyn secured all three points for Real Bedford, with Annie Colston getting on the scoresheet for Swindon Town.
A great team performance and an important win. Well done, ladies!
⚽ Luton Town Development 2–1 Real Bedford Development
A closely fought game for our Dev Team, who unfortunately came away from the match without any points.
Bailey Plumbridge put in an impressive performance and was named Opposition Player of the Match — a fantastic individual achievement despite the result.
Well done to Bailey and the whole Dev Team for their efforts!

MATCHDAY | REAL BEDFORD DEVELOPMENT
Good luck to our Real Bedford Development Team as they head out on the road to take on Luton Town Development at Barton Rovers FC in their third game of the Eastern Region Women’s Football League – Division One North campaign.
The Dev Team have made an unbeaten start to the season, picking up four points from their opening two matches, and will be looking to continue that run against the current league leaders.
A big test awaits, but we know the team will give it everything.

Congratulations to our First team securing a 5-1 win over Northampton Town in the Cup.
They will face London Bees away at The Hive for their next cup game on Sunday 6th September at 15:00.

That leaves Real Bedford Development second in the table, just two points behind leaders Luton Town Development.
The Dev Team opened their league campaign with a 2–2 draw against Dunstable, before following that up with a fantastic 2–1 away victory against Hitchin Belles.
An unbeaten start, four points on the board and plenty more to come!
With the Dev Team competing in two leagues this season, it's already shaping up to be an exciting campaign.
