Well done to the Monday boxing classes and Wednesday boxing classes in training. Loads of pad work bag work skipping and finishing of with running to sprinting.A big shout out to all BBB members that won boxer of the week trophy well done and well deserved. ☀️BBB SUMMER SHUTDOWN /FEES☀️

Shutdown for this summer is from Tuesday 18th August returning Tuesday 1st September.

I am aware many people are away on holiday during August however we are open for most of the summer holidays and still have the same business outgoings .

As per terms / conditions , fees still need to be paid whether a student turns up or not . We are not on a pay as you go system. The monthly fees are to pay for a place in class . It’s exactly the same principle that gyms go by and also sport / activity clubs .
Will your car insurance let you off paying the full amount because you are on holiday and won’t use the car ….. erm no !!

Also you do not pay for our holiday class shut downs. We only charge for the weeks we are open over the year then take the total cost of those weeks and divide it into 12 equal monthly payments. It’s organised on a pro rata basis . It’s extremely fair and the easiest way to organise the cost.

If anyone skips paying for August( or any month) , I will not allow a student to continue with us at BBB or return to us at any point.

I also need to again gently remind members that it is a 1 month written notice to leave as per cancellation policy . Notice can be given by letter , email or a message.. We always save a permanent member’s place in class until proper notice has been given and confirmed . It’s also a 1 month turn around from someone leaving to a new person starting, trialling and signing up permanently. By not adhering to our policies, it has a real detrimental effect on us as a business.

I would very much appreciate it if you could let me know at your very earliest opportunity when a student will be away and not attending lasses over the summer . It will give me time to organise numbers and whether I need to join the classes together , give notice to the halls and if we need an assistant coach or not .

Just to note , I am quite tight on time nowadays as I am employed elsewhere and with managing the boxing business plus mum duties on top it’s challenging . I absolutely appreciate your support and patience.
