Last Sunday Nicola Bailey. Another beautiful day meant that we could take our monthly Assisted Yin yoga practice outdoors, under the heavenly sky and sunshine 🌞 It's been like this for the past 4 months 🙂.
🤞 for September. Otherwise, we'll move back into the studio 🙏

The first 24 hrs in Italy have been magical. Lovely weather, beautiful location, early morning walk, yoga class, great company, great food, and evening spent at a local fete.

The main differences between a regular massage and a Thai Yoga Massage treatment:

Core Focus - Energy flow, flexibility, joint mobility, and whole-body rebalancing.
Techniques - Assisted yoga style stretches, acupressure, lengthening, and compression.
Clothing - Fully clothed, wearing something that allows you to move freely.
Tools - Hands, thumbs, feet, knees, body weight.

In short, Thai Yoga Massage - a fully clothed, oil-free treatment combining yoga style stretches, acupressure, and mindful movement to boost flexibility, release tension, and restore energy flow.
