Sometimes the simplest moments can mean the most. ❤️

Jammy walking gently alongside one of our lovely residents, showing off her beautiful, gentle personality with every step. 🐴🥰

She has such a calm and caring nature, quietly taking her time and staying close, as though she understands exactly what is needed from her.

No pressure, no expectations… just a gentle pony, a peaceful walk and a beautiful moment of connection. ❤️

This is what makes our Jammy so special. ✨

Animals have a way of reaching people in places that words simply can’t. ❤️

Daisy certainly knows her job… and she really, really knows how to calm her residents. 🥹

She quietly stands beside them, offering her gentle presence, warmth and unconditional connection. She doesn’t need to be told what to do — somehow, she just seems to know when someone needs her.

Watching the change in people when Daisy is beside them is something truly special. 🐴❤️

Our little Daisy isn’t just visiting… she’s bringing comfort, connection and a little bit of magic wherever she goes. ✨

Sometimes the greatest connections aren’t made with words…
They’re made through a gentle touch, a quiet moment and the feeling of being completely understood.
Animals don’t judge. They don’t care about age, ability, illness or what kind of day you’re having. They simply meet you where you are.
And sometimes, all someone needs is a little bit of animal magic, a soft nose and a few moments where the rest of the world disappears. ♥️🐴

When 5 beautiful boys became one happy little family ♥️
Alfie, Cosmo, Bam Bam, Dave and Ron were all happily supervising Adrian making the new winter pig pen yesterday 😂 They were absolutely fascinated by everything going on and, of course, had to be right there watching and getting involved! ♥️

Alfie, Cosmo and Bam Bam are already so confident around us, but l
Dave and ron have only been here 6 days and still getting to know us and learning that we can be trusted.♥️

Alpacas are so different from many other animals in the way they communicate and interact with humans. They have their own little ways of showing curiosity, comfort and trust, and you have to learn to listen to what they are telling you rather than expecting them to interact in the way you want them to.♥️

Yesterday I got to stand really close to Dave and Alfie… and then something very special happened. ♥️

Dave came right up to me and allowed me to touch him. 🥹♥️

It might seem like such a small thing, but with an alpaca, those little moments can mean everything.♥️

We don't force interaction. We don't chase them for cuddles. We give them time, space and the choice to come to us.♥️

Trust isn't something we expect from our animals — it's something we earn, one quiet little moment at a♥️ time.

And when Dave chose to come close enough to let me touch him, it felt like a little milestone. ♥️

We're learning their language, they're learning ours, and slowly, these beautiful boys are showing us that they know they are safe, loved and very much at home. 🦙♥️

🐴🛁 Daisy had a little bit of luxury today! 😍

After her lovely haircut yesterday morning, Daisy needed a shower — and thanks to our HOTTAP V2, she was showered, sparkling and ready for her next adventure in just minutes! ✨

Honestly, this shower is absolutely amazing and worth every single penny! 😍

It made giving Daisy her shower so quick and easy, especially when you're living the simple life without mains water.and mains mains electricity 🥰

And also Nytack Equestrian for making tiny little harnesses and manure bags to fit our petite little girl

❤️ This is Farrah, my daughter. ❤️

Farrah is currently home educated and, for the past 3 years, she has been helping me take our ponies and animals out on visits.

Farrah has always had a wonderful way with people. She has great social skills, loves talking to people and especially loves sitting chatting with residents on our care home visits. And the residents absolutely love her too. 🥰

Her work with residents has even been recognised and commended, and last year she was interviewed by both the BBC and ITV about the work she does with our animals and the community.

I just want to make something clear because there has been some misunderstanding.

Farrah is not employed by me, and she does not get paid for attending our visits. She takes part as part of her home education.

As her mum, I genuinely believe this has been incredibly valuable to her education. Home education isn't just about sitting at a desk completing worksheets. Children also need opportunities to socialise, communicate, build confidence, understand different generations and learn real-life skills.

At our last visit here in Dorset, someone chose to send a link to my page to the council's work and permit department, suggesting that I was employing children aged between 13 and 16.

I wasn't.

The child they were referring to was Farrah.

We subsequently had a meeting with the Home Education Team, who confirmed that Farrah could take part in our visits as part of her home education.

So today, that's exactly what she did. ❤️

I shouldn't feel that I need to justify every decision I make for my own children, but I felt it was important to clarify this.

Because I couldn't be prouder of the young lady Farrah is becoming.

In a world where children can so easily be absorbed by screens and technology, I'm incredibly proud that my daughter has developed time, patience, empathy, confidence and genuine respect for older generations.

She doesn't just learn from books.

She learns from people, animals, experiences and the community around her.

And watching her sit and talk to residents, make them smile and genuinely care about their stories makes me incredibly proud to be her mum. ❤️

Farrah, keep being you. You have something very special. 🥰🐴
