Red hot, knee pain, chub rub, side stepping through thousands of people.. I hated every minute of that šŸ˜‚ but we finished it, ticked the GNR off the list and raised over Ā£500 for Dragonfly Cancer Trust charity that’s the most important thing 🫔

Most men don’t get out of shape because they get older.

They get out of shape because life gets busier and health gets pushed further down the list.

Less training.

Less movement.

More stress.

More takeaways.

More booze.

More excuses.

Then 5-10 years pass and suddenly it’s:

ā€œI’m just getting old.ā€

No.

You got out of shape because your habits changed.

I’ve seen men in their 30s, 40s and 50s lose fat, build muscle, get fitter and feel better than they have in YEARS.

Not because they found some magic fix.

Because they stopped blaming their age and started taking ownership again.

Getting older is inevitable.

Letting yourself go isn’t.

If you’re a man in your 30s or 40s who’s sick of not recognising the bloke in the mirror…

DM me ā€œRESULTSā€ and let’s fix it.

ā€œWhat would I look like in 20 years, if I was overweight, didn’t exercise or eat Healthy?ā€

I dare everyone to do this, send a current photo of yourself on ChatGPT, and put in the prompt.. If the results don’t scare you I’m sorry no one can help you.

I’m not doing this to try and shame anyone, I’m doing this to give you a glimpse of what your reality could be in 20-30 years time, if you aren’t looking after yourself better now.

If the results hurt you? Good.

If this can give at least one person a wake up call to start prioritising your own health & fitness right now then even better.

What you do now will reflect on yourself on the future, so take action 🫔

(F**k me that photo is scary šŸ˜‚)

JAMES: 11KG DOWN. 5 INCHES GONE. šŸ”„

Starting weight: 88kg
Finish weight: 77kg

That’s 11kg down and 5 inches lost overall.

āœ… Waist: 3 inches lost

But the biggest win isn’t just what the scales say.

It’s what James has managed to achieve while still juggling a busy work and family life.

No crash diets.

No ridiculous hours of cardio.

No cutting out every food he enjoys.

Just a proper plan, consistent training, better nutrition and accountability week after week, all built around his actual lifestyle.

That’s the part people miss.

You don’t need your life to become less busy before you get in shape.

You need a plan that works around the life you already have.

And the best part?

James is now getting to a point where the goal is going to change.

Soon we’ll be moving away from fat loss and into a proper gaining phase, where the focus will be on adding some quality muscle, getting stronger and building an even better physique from the leaner base he’s created.

That’s what proper long-term progress looks like.

Not dieting forever.

Getting lean enough, then having the patience to spend time building.

And if you’re looking at this thinking you’ve left it too late this year…

You haven’t.

September is the PERFECT month to lock in.

You’ve still got nearly 4 months of the year left.

That is more than enough time to lose fat, build better habits, get stronger and head into Christmas feeling completely different.

Don’t write the rest of 2026 off and tell yourself you’ll ā€œstart in Januaryā€.

Finish the year strong instead. šŸš€

If you want my help doing exactly that, drop me a ā€œSTARTā€ in the DMs and I’ll send you the details.

Comfort feels good.

But comfort doesn’t build much.

Growth comes from doing the s**t you’d rather avoid.

Training when you’re tired.
Having the difficult conversation.
Saying no when everyone else is saying yes.
Taking the risk.
Walking away from what’s holding you back.
Holding yourself to a higher standard when nobody is watching.

Too many men spend their lives trying to make everything easier.

Easier job.
Easier routine.
Easier choices.
Less pressure.
Less discomfort.

Then wonder why they feel stuck.

You don’t build confidence by hiding from hard things.

You build it by proving to yourself, over and over again, that you can handle them.

Stop chasing a comfortable life.

Build yourself into a man capable of handling an uncomfortable one.

There’s still 4 months left of 2026, if you’ve still not achieved too much in terms of your goals for this year, you still have plenty of time..

Finish the year off strong 🫔

YOU DON’T HAVE STUBBORN FAT.

YOU’VE GOT STUBBORN HABITS.

And I’m not just talking about takeaways and missed gym sessions.

I’m talking about:

Convincing yourself you’ve ā€œearnedā€ food every time you’ve had a stressful day.

Eating well all day, then grazing through 1,000 calories at night without even registering it.

Using the gym to make up for a s**t diet instead of fixing the s**t diet.

Constantly changing your plan because you’re bored, instead of sticking to one long enough for it to actually work.

Treating every social event like it has to become a full weekend write-off.

Sleeping 5hours, running on caffeine and wondering why your hunger is through the roof.

Expecting motivation to carry you instead of building routines that work when motivation disappears.

And probably the biggest one…

Being far too good at negotiating with yourself.

ā€œI’ll start tomorrow.ā€
ā€œOne won’t hurt.ā€
ā€œI’ve been good all week.ā€
ā€œI’ll get back on it Monday.ā€

Your fat isn’t stubborn.

Your standards are.

ACCELER8 starts Monday.

8 weeks to stop bulls**tting yourself and actually build habits that get results.

Ā£99.

DM me ACCELER8 if you’re ready to finish the year in a completely different place to where you are now.
