Job 1: Running Belt Replacement
The original running belt was badly frayed along the edges and slipping under load. We stripped it down, installed a brand-new running belt, properly tensioned it, Cleaned and lubricated the deck to restore a smooth, quiet stride.

Job 2: Drive Belt Replacement
The motor was spinning, but the belt wasn't moving. The drive belt connecting the motor to the front roller was completely snapped. We installed a fresh drive belt, aligned the pulleys, and tested the drive motor to ensure seamless power transfer.

Common signs your treadmill needs a new belt or service:

- Slipping or sudden jerking.
- Frays, tears, or exposed threads along the edge of the running belt
- Burning smell or excessive heat coming from the motor area
- Squeaking or high-pitched whining during operation

On this visit, we stripped down the main column, removed the old spool assembly, replaced the failing one-way bearing spool, and re-strung the drive cords. Smooth, instant catch restored! ⚙️
